Guess what, y’all? I wore pants. To work. Yea, I know. Is your mind blown right now? Cause mine kind of was when I realized how much I loved these patterned ankle pants!
But if we’re being completely honest, on a scale of one to straight up masculine, these crops are definitely on the feminine side, don’t you think? With the close, modern cut and bright pattern, they’re a great alternative to a skirt without venturing into slacks territory. And at the price I paid? Whew. I should have picked up a few pairs! I think we might be work wear soul sisters! I hardly ever wear pants because I love a good pencil skirt/cardi combo too but I bought these pants a few weeks ago and love them for work! They are also great to dress down for weekend brunching 🙂

so. i tried this look. actually, i tried the cropped pants and booties look and IT DID NOT WORK ON ME. i ended up looking like a weird potato instead of a suave, sexy modelesque fashionista. i also didn’t test drive this before wearing it TO THE OFFICE so i stayed at my desk ALL THE LIVE LONG DAY.
