What I Wore: Fall Festival

One of my favorite things about this time of year has to be enjoying outdoor Fall festivals. Nothing beats crisp air, great music, and even better company. Aaron and I headed down to the Boulevard Pumpkin Festival on Saturday and hit the Fall festival trifecta.Β richmond fall festivalThe weather could not have been more perfect as we listened to several bands play and enjoyed a beer. Since there was abundant sunshine, I ditched my jacket and opted to layer a cozy knit scarf over my flannel top. It added just the right amount of warmth and a little style to a casual, laid-back look.what to wear with buffalo check topchunky scarf with flannelplaid flannel fallflannel with a scarfchunky knit scarf maroonstraight leg jeans with bootiesTop: J.Crew Factory, Jeans: Joe’s Vintage Reserve via Marshalls, Booties: Carlos Santana (similar), Scarf: Mossimo, Sunglasses: Ralph Lauren c/o Sunglasses Shop (similar)

Oh this outfit is the best! I am going to have to look for a top like that! I don’t usually like booties but they look awesome here!

AHH!! I think this is one of my favorite fall looks of yours! The buffalo check flannel is awesome, and that scarf mixes in perfectly.

Like the outfit. It looks casual dressy, which I’m all about these days. I just want to be comfortable! Love the boots, I’ve been looking for some that are more ankle length. πŸ™‚

This outfit is amazing and perfect. I love the color of the scarf (not too red) and those boots! I think I’m finally going to have to get some booties this fall…
