Belted Sweater Dress + a Sephora Giveaway!

The last time I wore a sweater dress, I likened it to being able to wear a Snuggie all day. And I’m sticking with that. But I’ve found that if you’re looking to snazz up that comfy look while still being, well comfortable, then a belt is a great way to pull the outfit together with minimal fuss and effort.Add a belt to a sweater dress

This cowl-neck sweater dress is great on its own, but I felt like it was lacking something. My leather turnlock belt was a great addition. It provided a little bit of structure and tied in the leather boots. Easy, right? How to wear a sweater dress to the officeWear sweater dress to work by adding a beltStella & Dot arm party with renegade braceletgray and black look for fallHow do you dress up a simple sweater dress?

I love sweater dresses, for this same reason. I love being toasty warm, and comfy. Oh and my favorite item from sephora? Really how does anyone pick just one?

Can we talk for a second about how perfect your skin is? Because it’s kinda not fair–spill your secrets! I love the way you styled this dress…the belt is the perfect accent to make it still feel pulled together!

I love sweater dresses, but I prefer them with long sleeves. the short sleeves just confuse me… it’s cold, isn’t it?

Love how a sweater dress is so easy yet can still look so chic and put together — and particularly love that you belted this one too!

As for Sephora, I’m not sure that I could pick one thing as a fave; however, I would love a new perfume. xox
