I know what you’re probably thinking, “cropped pants, Lauren? Really?” Yes I realize that half of the East Coast is still partially dusted with snow, but whatever Winter weather we had earlier this week is well gone. And really how cold can a little bit of ankle get? Not as much as some exposed arm, I can tell ya that.So even in my layers (with my trusty chambray I might add), it was a bit cold. Maybe I’m in denial that the official start to Winter is only days away, but I’ll just tell myself I’m a rebel: a rebel who refuses to put her ankle pants away until snow-to-skin contact becomes a reality.

LOVE these pants! Even though they’re cropped, they have a festive feel to them. The layered look on top is perfect!
Oh, you look so chic! That sweater works perfectly well with denim shirt, so stunning! You look so so pretty! Lovely snapshots as well! Just started to follow you on Bloglovin’, hope you can follow me back;)
Have a fabulous time!

I’m still wearing my cropped pants, though I’m further south than you are. 🙂
Loving the mix of prints and textures!!!

Most of my dress/work pants are this length because I find they look better on me as I’m pretty short. Still though, they ARE cold, and I’ve gotten in the habit of rocking 6-year-old UGGS to work to save myself from freezing. I look like crap, but at least I’m warm!
I think I need to move somewhere warmer. Almost all of my pants are ankle length! It’s a serious problem considering the fact that it was 17 degrees on my way t owork this morning.
I seriously love this sweater! I think I need to have it!!!!!!
I love the pattern mixing here! I’ve been missing my ankle pants these days =(
It’s pretty crazy what we will do just for a cute outfit! I don’t mind my ankles being cold so much as my feet though, and it has been just downright cold these past few days!
I truly love this look though, and I am definitely not tired of that sweater.
LOVE these printed pants on you. The layers are cute too. You look beautiful!

I am totally wearing ankle pants and heels to work today (even though it snowed 6 inches 2 days ago here in PA) and was snowing when I left for work this morning! Freezing? Definitely. Fashion over function? Absolutely!!!
Love your outfit dear! 😉

No cropped pants for me, the windchill this morning in Chicago was negative 15! The print of those pants is super adorable through.

this is so cute! love the polka dots!!
I really love this outfit. Those pants look wonderful on you. I am also in a little bit of denial that winter is right around the corner and it has already snowed here 4 times.

You are so so cute! I love those cropped pants – look at you mixing it up and rocking something besides a pencil skirt – color me impressed! xx
I want to steal those pants!! Such a great color and print (and I don’t even like pink for myself!)

I have those pants and they stretch out quite a bit. Mine are tucked away for the spring.
Girl, you are WAY braver than I am! Every inch of my body is covered from December to March…its TOO cold! Then again, those pants are too fantastic not to wear this month.
