All Black Layers

I love me some bright colors and prints, but when it comes to shopping for clothes, I often find myself leaning towards the neutrals. Black items and accessories dominate my wardrobe, but they don’t have to be boring, even when they’re worn together! So yes you can wear black on black on black on black on….black.how look chic in all blackThe key for keeping the look fresh is to mix texture and maybe even sneak a little pattern in there too. Leather and wool paired with a subtle patterned sweater offer plenty of visual interest, even without any color!black leather jacket over black sweatermodern all black outfitblack on black on black outfitblack and gray leopard print sweaterSweater: Vertical Design via Nordstrom Rack (nearly identical), Skirt: J.Crew Factory (similar), Jacket: Pins & Needles (similar), Tights: Hanes, Shoes: Franco Sarto via Marshalls (similar), Necklace: Stella & Dot Zoe Lariat

I have such a hard time putting together an all black outfit without it looking so, so, so blah! I need to do something like this which would probably help me not feel so bored with it!

Completely agree that all the textures and patterns work to make this totally work – great way to do monochromatic without being boring at all or being too much of one thing.
