Can I tell you what a blessing this weekend was? Part of me feels slightly embarrassed at the amount of time that my husband and I spent at home but at the same time, playing hermits is needed occasionally, especially after traveling! We were able to finally get those Christmas decorations put away, and we even went on an old-fogey day date to the movies at 10 am! There may have only been three other people in our theatre, but it was awesome nonetheless.
For laid-back day dates, there is no fanciness needed. And that’s when the denim and cowboy boots come out to play. In fact silky blouses might even be a bit much, but hey. No harm is dressing to impress the husband every now and again right? 😉

I love going to movie theaters when they are empty. It’s so fun! This is such a cute outfit for a date too!
