At the very beginning of my pregnancy, it was all about the button down. These days, I’m favoring the popover. It still provides that tailored appearance that’s perfect for even the most conservative of office environments but without those pesky bottom buttons. Somehow having to leave that last one unbuttoned just doesn’t scream “polished office wear” to me. 
With a professional popover and blazer combo, I hardly even miss my pencil skirts these days. (GASP! I know….)

I love, love love your blazer. I think you could try an elastic-waist full or a-line skirt to be comfortable and still office appropriate.
