Now that I’m nearing in on the end of my pregnancy, I’ve been thinking a lot more about items that will work post-pregnancy. So although I tried several maternity versions of maxi skirts, I ultimately ended up picking a non-maternity version that I’m hoping will long outlast the next seven weeks.
The stretchy waistband is just as comfy as maternity and sits perfectly below my belly. I’m loving it so much that it has apparently become my “Sunday outfit.” Aaron even gave me a double-take, saying, “didn’t you wear that last weekend?” Yes, yes I did. And you may see it on me again next Sunday. You’ve been warned.

Oh yes maxi skirts become a pregnancy wardrobe staple quickly! I love this outfit on you – simple, comfortable, cool and stylish! 🙂 I wore this same outfit a lot during all 3 of my trimesters – and the bonus is that the skirt will definitely work post-pregnancy too! 🙂
I think that every girl has a maternity uniform and this one is perfect! I love a great simple maxi skirt. Have you pulled it up and worn it as a strapless dress yet? That would be cute too! Susan
Haha! If it’s not broke! I did the same thing and wore an outfit super close together. I love a simple maxi.

It is really not a bad outfit to have on repeat, and I must say, you are looking extra gorgeous today!
Your pendant is killer too!
My motto is “if it broke, don’t fix it”. Perfect maturity outfit that you can add different accessories to change up the look. I wished I had known about maxi dresses/skirts when I was preggos with my son.
