Maxi Skirt Romper

Sometimes you just gotta really go out of the box, don’t ya think? I’m a jeans girl. (I don’t think that’s a secret!) And I love wearing comfy, casual dresses. But sometimes you have to throw caution to the wind and try something completely out of your style wheel house. I’ll be honest: sometimes it doesn’t pan out. I’ll try a new trend and am left completely reaffirmed as to why I didn’t think it was for me. But then again, sometimes I find a new look that I love! And that’s exactly what happened with this maxi skirt romper.

Honestly I’m not even sure what I’m supposed to call this thing. A high-low romper? A skirted romper? A maxi with shorts?! Whatever it’s name is, it’s part maxi dress, part romper, and a whole lot of fun. I received lots of looks and even a few double-takes when wearing it, and at first I wondered if those people were loving or hating my new look. But ultimately I liked it, and that’s all that matters, right?

This romper is such a fun statement-maker for Spring and Summer. If you have festivals to attend, are planning a girl’s night out, are going on vacay, or just want an eye-catching outfit, this is it! This maxi skirt romper is so affordable too at under $25! It’s also quite comfortable! For fit, I recommend sizing up. I make regular orders from this brand and typically find fit to run a bit small!

I’ve seen playsuits and maxi dresses but never the two together, what a fun instant outfit! Like you said, it would be perfect for festivals! 🙂

I tend to try trends on in dressing rooms and have a giggle at the ones that don’t work for me – I haven’t been able to do much shopping in person with the boys so haven’t tried anything new for a while!

Hope you are having a really good week.
