Yesterday, Layla and I headed to the mall to make a few returns and ride the train. (Always the train.) And while we were walking around, I realized that Loft is currently offering 40% off your entire purchase! I couldn’t resist walking in and trying a few things on. Layla was flexin’ her threenager muscles in a big way, so I wasn’t able to take the time to share everything on Insta Stories like normal. But instead, I threw together this post for y’all! There are so many great basics you’ll love for Summer and Fall! So without further ado, my LOFT sale dressing room reviews:
Y’all know I’m a sucker for a lace tee, and this one is SO GOOD. It is a bit sheer, so you might want to layer it with a cami for work. But I would be fine wearing it solo for the weekend! Also these shorts are adorable! They have an elastic waistband and the cutest tassel tie! I’m in a medium in both.
This top is another great work to weekend piece. I love the cute flutter sleeve. This is a medium, but it was a bit wide. I’d recommend sizing down.
Love bell sleeves? You need this top. It’s super-lightweight perfect to wear now through Fall. The color is also so pretty! I’m in a medium.
Camis are the perfect transition piece for Summer to Fall. You can wear them now solo and I loooove how well they work with cardis. Also these pants? Obsessed. They run a little large, so I’d recommend sizing down one size. I’m also in a small in the cami.
I actually put this shirt on backwards at first! ? I love the lace-up back. It comes in four additional colors but definitely runs big! The only had XS and XL in the store, so I tried the XS.
I really liked the top details of this tank. It also comes in blue.
Looking for a pretty little OTS top? You can wear this one a couple ways. I’m showing two here, but you can also tuck the ties in too!
The little lace detail on this tee is what made me pick it up. But I wasn’t crazy about the fit. Maybe if I had sized up? And then the jeans… they look so cute on the model online and I love the embroidery. The description says they’re supposed to be “straight leg” but I swear they looked like little cropped flares on me.
I tried this top on with the shorts from above to see if I’d like it better and I did. But I still wasn’t 100% convinced.
A flutter sleeve tee? YES, please. This tee has a closer fit, so I’d stay TTS.
I’m so disappointed that you can’t see the details of this top. It has a little ruffle in the front and buttons down the side. It’s a bit of a heavier fabric. Check the photo online to see the details! I’m in a medium.
So if you’re wondering what came home with me, it’s this:
This lace tee is def a winner, and I loooved the pants!
