Who knew that when I bought this dress months ago, that it would be such a go-to for pregnancy too?! The cut is just so flattering on curves! (You can see two ways I wore it previously— prior to pregnancy!) And now I’m loving it with the bump. There is a reason so many maternity dresses have side ruching! It just accentuates and hugs the belly nicely. I’m just kinda all-around obsessed with this ruched dress maternity outfit!
I’m not one who is super into body-con fit pieces, so I was hesitant to try this dress at all at first. But I sized up one size to a large and couldn’t be happier with the fit. The ruching just accentuates curves in the best way. But, if like me, you still want to be a bit more covered up, all you need is an extra layer!
Every time I’ve worn this ruched dress, I’ve worn it with another piece. Cardigans are a great way to layer, but you could also try a structured jacket like a moto style or utility jacket! I love that with layering the dress it is still flattering, but I don’t feel like I’m overexposed! 😉
Although this long-sleeved version is more suited for fall through spring, there is also an identical sleeveless style! I’m definitely going to be picking one up for summer! Again, I’ll probably layer it with a vest like this one to be a bit more covered up!

This dress looks great on you! I love the side rushing and it perfectly pairs well with your pink cardigan. I had a chance to buy this dress in a different color and was bummed when it on sale but someone else had it in their shopping cart too and beat me! Ugh…I hope you had a great weekend! Happy Monday!

I have – and love! – the sleeveless version of this dress in the same gray, thanks to your recommendations (and about a million other bloggers’ – ha!) and most definitely will have to copy this way to wear it 🙂 Love the layering. And love hearing that it works for pregnancy too! You look fab.
