Jumpsuits: have y’all jumped on the bandwagon yet?! I felt kind of iffy about them until earlier this year when I bought this maternity jumpsuit. And then when I was recently shopping at Loft (You can see the full Loft try-on session here!), I came across this summer-ready version. It was love it at first dressing room selfie. 😉 But I ended up holding onto it for a few weeks waiting for the perfect ocassion to break it out. Our trip to Annapolis this past weekend seemed like a great reason to throw together a jumpsuit outfit!
It actually ended up getting two wears over the weekend! I initially wore it out to dinner with our blogger group, and then I threw it back on later in the weekend for a little site-seeing with my fam. What I love about this jumpsuit is that it’s so versatile! It’s easily dressed up or down. If you lose the denim jacket and add a nicer pair of heels, it transforms into an evening piece. But for daytime, it’s so perfect too! I love it with both espadrilles and flat sandals.
As far as fit goes, it is very forgiving! Like I mentioned previously, it is non-maternity, and I’m wearing a size medium. The smocked top is super-stretchy and comfortable. The wide leg also makes it perfect for warmer weather. It’s just so easy, breezy. I could seriously just go on and on, y’all.

I have been in love with jumpsuits for awhile but would you believe it if I said I just couldn’t find one that spoke to me? I have not purchased one yet, but I might have to as I see everyone is wearing them. I’m leery about the bathroom issue. I broke down a bought a romper when they were all the rage, and I hated it because of the bathroom issue. They are cute though.
