Matching Mommy and Me Overalls Outfits

In honor of Mother’s Day yesterday, of course I had to break out some mommy and me outfits! I’m all about matching with Layla at any chance possible, but it’s a yearly tradition to match for Mother’s Day! (In fact you can check out our chambray outfits from last year, our mother’s day outfits from 2016, and our matching Lilly Pulitzer dresses from 2015!) This year we went a little more cas’. It was all about the mommy and me overalls outfits!

Ever since I found my pair of maternity overalls, I have been planning these outfits in my head! Striped tees and overalls are a no-brainer in my book. But then after ordering a few of these scarves and trying them on Layla and I, I knew they had to be a part of our matching outfits too! I can’t be the only one obsessed, right?! I’m trying to get my scarf passion to rub off on Layla. (So far, it’s not been super-successful! She’s still a bow girl at heart! ?) And I’d also be completely remiss if I didn’t mention Layla’s Birk look-a-likes! They’re only $20, and even though they’re listed as “boys” shoes, they’re definitely unisex! They also must be pretty comfy too because she’s been loving wearing them!
