I don’t typically post back-to-back try-on sessions, but with all of the 4th of July sales happening, I didn’t want y’all to miss out! Plus over 90% of you polled on Insta Stories wanted to shop now! So, you got it! ? Here is my latest Loft Summer Try-on session! Be sure to head to Instagram stories to watch the accompanying videos!
As far as sizing goes, pre-pregnancy, I was typically a small or medium at Loft. I’ll list which size I’m wearing beneath each photo. Keep in mind I’m currently eight months pregnant!
Chambray Ruffle Top
If you work in an office setting, this little ruffle top would be the cutest work-to-weekend piece! It’s also just a pretty, ladylike everyday piece. Even though it’s chambray, it is super lightweight. The embroidery is so beautiful in person too! Since it’s a shell-cut, fit is a bit more close-to-the-body. I’m in a medium, and it fits but probably wouldn’t last too much longer with my growing bump!
Top (medium) | Shorts (non-maternity version) | Sandals | Earrings c/o
Swiss Dot Cami
If my store had this top in the right side, it would have come home with me! The details are so pretty! It has a dot trim and swiss dot embroidery. I tried on an XL since that is what they had, but I think a large would have fit perfectly. I could only find it in orange online, but this one is equally as pretty and is calling my name!!
Cami (XL) | Another white option I love!
Embroidered Strappy Cami
Another adorable cami option! I love the strappy details and the embroidery. It’s very lightweight but also fully lined. Fit was a little snug on me around the hips/lower belly, but roomy enough in the top and midsection.
Cami (large)
Red Halter Cami
100% a winner in my book! The halter neckline is so flattering and the material just floats away from the body. The red print is gorgeous but I also love this gingham version! Fit was pretty roomy, so I suggest sizing down.
Cami (large) | Gingham version
White Eyelet Top
I can’t say no to pretty eyelet tops. The material of this one is a little heavier (a linen blend!) and more structured than a tee. It also has a pretty cutout with a bar back!
Top (medium)
Wide Leg Pants
I picked these up last-minute but they ended up coming home with me. Y’all they are so stinkin’ soft! They feel like pj’s but better. I’m 5’7″ and am wearing them below the bump, so they’ll most likely fit more cropped on you. Definitely size down though as I’m wearing a medium here! They look adorable with tees, but it can also be dressed up with a cami and espadrilles!
Pants (medium) | Tank (large) | Tee (large)
Embroidered Tee
I love a detailed tee! They’re just as comfy as a plain one but instantly look dressier. This was definitely my favorite in store! It has a split sleeve that creates a bit of a ruffle and is very flattering on the shoulders!
Tee (large)
Printed Halter Dress
For a maternity option, this is a must-have! It has the perfect amount of drape that hugs the belly! For those not expecting, keep in mind that it has a clingy fabric! Fit is oversized. I had plenty of room even with my bump!
Dress (large)
Striped Maxi Dress
I fell in love with this dress the moment I put it on. It’s currently on sale with an additional 50% off! The only downside is that the straps aren’t adjustable. For a short-waisted gal like me, that made it a no-go. They were slipping off in just the minute or two I had it on in the dressing room. But I hope some of y’all scoop it up! It’s a super-soft fabric and so comfortable!

Maxi Tee Dress
This is another dress that I just loved. Y’all know how I feel about t-shirt dresses and this is the best kind in my opinion! The scoop neck is so flattering as is the wide stripe that hits right at the waist. You could easily wear this all summer and straight into fall!

Tee + Embroidered Shorts
These embroidered shorts caught my eye from the moment I walked in, and honestly I just grabbed the tee to try with it. But I ended up really liking both! The tee is a lightweight linen material and I like the twist cut-out! It comes in several colors, but I loved the olive with these shorts! The shorts were also lightweight and comfortable! For those super-hot days, this outfit is like getting to wear pj’s outside!
Floral Top Tank
I had high hopes for this tank since I loved the floral detail top! But it fit crazy-oversized! I honestly could have gotten away with a small in this one and still had space. It is pretty and a nice drape-y t-shirt like tank option, but be sure to size down!

Tee + Cardigan
I’ve been on the hunt for a nice lightweight summer cardigan (I actually found one at Old Navy I like better! See it in the Old Navy try-on session here!) So, I picked this one up and tried it on over the embroidered tee I liked. The cut honestly left a lot to be desired. It is boxy, the sleeves are a little short, and I didn’t love the front. It almost made a horseshoe shape on my body rather than framing it if that makes sense.
