Personal Shopper by Prime Wardrobe

This post was created in partnership with Amazon. All opinions are my own.

I think we can all agree that we are Amazon people around here, right?! Well, get ready, y’all. Today I get to share something new that will make shopping for the perfect outfit on Amazon just a little easier– Personal Shopper by Prime Wardrobe!

I’ve shared my finds using Prime Wardrobe before, but Personal Shopper is a little bit different! You still get to try a selection of clothing and accessories at home for 7 days before deciding what to purchase. But with Personal Shopper, you don’t have to do the digging! A personal stylist will select items for you based on your style preferences, specific ocassion requests you may have, and your designated price points. You’ll even have a chance to review items before they ship to make sure you’re getting exactly what you’re looking for!

How Does it Work?

Signing up is super-easy. To get started, search “Personal Shopper” in your Amazon app! Then you’ll follow the prompts to get started! You’ll answer questions about your personal style, how you like clothing to fit, and your budget. You’ll also have a place to make any specific requests you may have. Maybe you have an upcoming job interview, baby shower, or wedding event to attend. Note it, and your stylist will look for items that fit your need!

Once your stylist has curated items for you, you’ll be able to review them! You’ll simply select up to eight items that you’d like to try on at home, and they’re shipped to you! Once they arrive, you’ll have seven days to try on everything and decide what to keep. Send back what doesn’t work free of charge. You’ll only pay for the items that you keep.

Personal Shopper is only available to Prime members. The service costs $4.99 per month, which covers the cost of one styling per month. You can also cancel at any point. Sign up for Personal Shopper here

Try On

If you’re wondering what you actually might receive, you’re in luck! I recently got my own first Personal Shopper by Prime Wardrobe box in the mail, and I can’t wait to share and try on everything included in my box for y’all!

As far as sizing goes, I’m 5’7 1/2″ with a short torso and very long legs! I typically wear a 28/29 in jeans or a size 8. My bra size is a 36C, and I typically wear a size medium (or 8) top.

If you ever have any question about what size I’m wearing, check the links below each image! I list my size and any recommendations I have for sizing up or down for quick reference. For full details, I’ll be chatting all about quality, style, and fit in the paragraphs above each photo. Let’s go!

Puff Sleeve Peplum Top + Wide Leg Crops + Slide Sandals

How precious is this top, y’all?! It’s a subtle windowpane print, and I love the ruffle trim around the neckline and at the shoulder. It can be worn both off or on the shoulder. I pulled it slightly down, but when worn on the shoulder, it has more of a puffy sleeve look that is very on-trend. The buttons on the front are not functional, and the top half is smocked! The waistline is elastic, and the bottom floats away from the body in a peplum style. The length is slightly cropped, making it perfect to pair with high waisted denim! You could also easily layer it for fall.

I’ve been on the hunt for a pair of wide leg cropped pants, and these are awesome. They are Daily Ritual brand, which y’all know is so affordable! They are high rise, coming up all the way to my belly button. The pockets lay flat– PRAISE! Fit is slim through the hips and waist and wider in the leg. I’m wearing an 8 and find them to fit true to size. The material has a little stretch and is so comfortable! They also come in four other colors. Yay!

If you like woven details, you’ll love these flats! They have a braided design, which is so beautiful, especially up close. They also come in a metallic and a brown that would be perfect as a transitional shoe. Surprisingly, they have a good amount of support and are more supportive than most flat sandals I’ve tried! I would suggest sizing up one half size. They were a little short on me.

Puff Sleeve Peplum Top + Tie-Waist Shorts + Platform Sandal

Ok, who else is here for soft shorts? (Me! Me!) You can’t beat the lightweight fabric and comfort! I’m wearing the dusty rose color, but they also come in five other colors, including classic black and navy. They do have a little bit of pleating in the front, which I don’t love on me. I typically tend towards slimmer fits since pleating creates volume. However I think these would look better on me if I sized up one. I’m wearing an 8 but would prefer a 10.

THESE PLATFORMS, Y’ALL. Can you tell I’m excited?!! They are so flattering on the leg with the nude color. And the little bit of angle from the wedge platform creates a lengthening look to the leg. The stitching is also just gorgeous in person! They are a perfect late summer into early fall option! They are extremely comfortable and fit true to size. LOVE THEM.

Leopard Print Dress + Slide Sandals

Looking for an office-appropriate or slightly dressier dress? I got you. I could not believe how comfortable this leopard print dress was! It has a wide smocked elastic waistband and a tiered skirt. The dress is fully lined with sheer sleeves. I also love the midi length! You could easily dress it up with heels or dress it down with booties and a floppy hat for a boho look! I also think it’d layer up so well with a chunky cardigan! Fit is true to size, but there is a little room in the waist due to the elastic!

Ruffle Dress + Platform Sandals

Just call me your real life salsa dancer emoji! The asymmetrical front was giving me all the sassy vibes! It’s not a true wrap. The waistband is sewn, which means no wardrobe malfunctions here. ?The v-neck ruffled neckline is so flattering too. There is a hidden side zipper and small belt at the waist. Unfortunately for me, the length was a little too long. I’d need the straps taken up an inch or so. But I don’t see that being an issue for most of y’all!

Button-front Floral Dress + Platform Sandals

If you love a feminine dress, this one is right up your alley! It has ruffle trim up the front, at the bust, and on the shoulder straps! The buttons are functional for the nursing moms out there! One thing I loved was that the straps are actually elastic! You’d never know looking at them, but that certainly helps with fit! I would suggest sizing up. I’m wearing a medium, and it was too tight in the bust and rib cage.
