I placed my very first Everlane order back in 2013 (six years ago now!)! Their tees are some of the best I’ve found. In fact, I still own those tees from six years ago! But since then, they’ve really expanded their line to include jeans, sweaters, tops, and shoes! I’ve been wanting to try their other items for a while now, and when I polled y’all on Instagram, you wanted to see it too! So today in my Everlane try on, I’m sharing seven pairs of their jeans along with some fall-ready tops!
Everlane Try On
If you haven’t heard of Everlane before, get ready to fall in love with their mission! They’re all about sustainable fabrics, ethical factories, and completely transparent pricing! In fact on their website, you can see the pricing breakdown of every item you order as well as read about the factory where they’re made. I haven’t seen any other company do that, and I love their “radical transparency” as they call it!
My Sizing
As far as sizing goes, I’m 5’7 1/2″ with a short torso and very long legs! I typically wear a 28/29 in jeans or a size 8. (In Everlane denim, I tend towards a 29!) My bra size is a 36C, and I typically wear a size medium (or 8) top.
If you ever have any question about what size I’m wearing, check the links below each image! I list my size and any recommendations I have for sizing up or down for quick reference. (TTS= true to size!) For full details, I’ll be chatting all about quality, style, and fit in the paragraphs above each photo. Let’s go!
Crewneck Tee + High Rise Skinny Jeans
Everybody needs a good tee, and like I mentioned before, Everlane truly makes some of the best out there. This one is their crewneck style that comes in ten colors, but of course I’m feeling this “cider” colored one. It has a closer-to-the-body fit and is so soft, y’all. SO SOFT. It’s a lighter fabric that reminds me a lot of Madewell’s whisper tee weight, but these have no texture to them, making them easier to dress up. They also have tons of other tee styles: raglan tees, boxy cut tees, long sleeve options, v-necks, and more. Seriously they have endless options for whatever style is your fav. I’m in a medium and like the fit.
And hello, amazing jeans too. Why did I wait this long to try them?! These are an 11″ high rise and really feel like they’re holding me in. They have some stretch but I don’t see them bagging out at all. I’m wearing the medium blue wash, which I like for everyday casual outfits, but I wish I had ordered the dark blue or deep indigo wash. The darker rinses just dress up easier in my opinion. But I did order these in black and spoiler alert: they’re just as wonderful. ?If you loved the “Cindy Crawford booty” jeans I mentioned in my Madewell try on, these fit almost identically! And they’re only $68. Crazy-pants. Crazy good pants, actually. ?I’m wearing the 29 tall. You can see me in the regular length in the black ones below!

Ruched Cotton Top + Distressed 90s Jeans
I really wanted to love this top. It’s so light and airy. Plus y’all know I love some feminine pleating! Unfortunately I just ordered the wrong size. This top runs huge! I ordered my true size 8, but I honestly think I’d prefer two sizes smaller. It also comes in a blue and white stripe and olive green. Just remember to size down!
Once I got these jeans on, I loved them! ? They are a true stiff 100% cotton denim with zero stretch. Jeans like this will break in after a few wears, so although they were snug, I’d stick with my size 29 (regular length). They also come in some non-distressed options. They’re also an 11″ wash!
Top (8 – runs large. Size down 1-2) | Jeans (29 – TTS) | Mules (size up 1/2) — Affordable option
Ribbed Turtleneck + Cropped Flares
These lightweight turtlenecks are wardrobe staples. I wear them on their own, under ponchos, and under jackets. This one is ribbed and is fitted through the body. It also comes in black and white and is a nice light weight. I’m wearing a medium and recommend sticking TTS.
And the jeans, y’all. Here I am waffling about another pair of cropped flares. I really want to be the kind of person who wears them, ’cause they are freakin’ adorable! But, am I that girl? I don’t know! These are also a stiffer denim as well but still have some stretch. They’re in between the 90s cheeky and authentic stretch in terms of stretch-factor! They have a slightly lower 10.5″ rise and come in four other washes, including black and white. I’m in a 29.

Tank Bodysuit + High Rise Skinny Jeans
Apparently I’m officially a bodysuit kinda gal now! The quality of this one is awesome! (It’s thicker and softer than the black one I bought from Madewell!) It’s a super-soft double-lined cotton and has a low scoop back. You would have to wear a sticky bra for this one simply because of how low it is. But at this point in the year, I’d probably just wear a normal bra and a jacket! I made the mistake of ordering a size up, hoping it wouldn’t be skin tight. But then it was too long and the straps kept falling off. So, order your true size y’all! It also comes in black, white, and pale pink. The only downside is that there is no snap closure.
And these are the same high rise skinny jeans in black! The only difference is that these are the 29 regular length. I’m not seeing a huge difference between the two lengths. Maybe an inch? I could really get away with either option. I was in need of a high rise black denim, and these are it for me! Love them! I ended up also ordering them in a size 28. You can scroll down to see them in that size as well!
Bodysuit (large – stay TTS) | Jeans (29 – size down if in between) | Mules (size up 1/2) — Affordable option
Same jeans in a 28. I ended up keeping this pair. They have decent amount of stretch, and after wearing them several times they broke in for the perfect fit!
Cardigan (medium – TTS) | Jeans (28 – size down if in between) | Mules (size up 1/2) — Affordable option
Button-Fly Wide Leg Jeans
Since I’m finally on the wide leg jean train, I had to try Everlane’s version! These currently come in the black that I’m wearing and two blue denim washes. They have more of a trouser-style fit with the wider belt loops and slit-style pockets. The denim does have some stretch to it, but I will say that they were one of my least favorite cuts on me. The waist seemed a bit smaller and I felt like the slit pockets accentuated and widened my hips. I’m in a size 29. They fit TTS but may be a better fit for ladies with curvier hourglass figures!
Cardigan (medium – TTS) | Jeans (29 – TTS trouser fit) | Mules (size up 1/2) — Affordable option
Cheeky Straight Jean
I really liked these! They were one of my favorites of all of the Everlane jeans I tried. They have a similar look to the 90’s cheeky, but these are a bit more classic. The denim is much softer and has a little more give than the 90’s! I just found these to be all-around more comfortable. They still have the 11″ rise and are so flattering on the leg. I did size down in these to a 28 and like the fit. They are snug at the waist and more slim-fitting through the leg. If you want more of a relaxed, boyfriend-style fit, stay TTS.
Cardigan (medium – TTS) | Jeans (28 – size down) | Mules (size up 1/2) — Affordable option
High Rise Cigarette Jean
The cigarette jean is the perfect in-between of a straight leg and a skinny. They have the same stretch as the Authentic High Rise skinny but with a straight leg! These were another one of my favorites! I struggled with deciding whether to keep these or the high rise skinnies. They’re both so good! They also come in a washed black and a medium blue. The rise is 11″, and the fly is a button fly, which is different from many of the other pairs I tried!
Cardigan (medium – TTS) | Jeans (29 – TTS) | Mules (size up 1/2) — Affordable option
Which is your favorite pair of Everlane jeans?
idk why but I personally love that rushed that rushed cotton top on you. it has such cute sleeves and looks really pretty!! sad that it runs huge, but those jeans.. such good finds! I’ve been wanting to try their products as well for a while now.. loved and enjoyed this try-on series! xx
have a fab day!
Thanks for doing a Try-on for Everlane! I have a few things from them, but they have been adding so much more variety these days and it’s hard to keep up. While I love minimal and classic style, it’s hard to be wowed by particular pieces on their site and feel excited to sift through it to make a wishlist.I love seeing you in their stuff and it’s making me about ready to place an order for fall soon!
