Spring Old Navy Try On

We may be stuck at home, but that hasn’t stopped me from browsing all of the online sales! And although I haven’t stepped foot in an Old Navy in what feels like months, I couldn’t pass up placing an order for a small spring Old Navy try on!

Spring Old Navy Try On

I know most of us are living in casual clothes at home, so I kept my order to more comfortable options! A few lounge-y picks along with a pair of great affordable jeans and more are coming atcha next! ?

My Sizing

For reference, I’m 5’7 1/2″ with a short torso and very long legs! I typically wear a 28/29 in jeans or a size 8. My bra size is a 36C, and I typically wear a size medium (or 8) top.

If you ever have any question about what size I’m wearing, check the links below each image! I list any recommendations I have for sizing up or down for quick reference. (TTS= true to size!) For full details, I’ll be chatting all about quality, style, and fit in the paragraphs above each photo. Let’s go!

Button-front Tank + Boyfriend Jeans

The style of this button-down tank reminds me so much of Madewell. I love that the straps are wide enough to wear with a regular bra and the buttons are functional. It comes in four colors and a stripe option! This is a great top to wear with both jeans, skirts, shorts, and over dresses! You could also untie the ends and tuck them in for a different look. It fits TTS.

I love trying to find a good affordable denim option for y’all! These come in at $44 at full retail, but you can definitely grab them on sale for much less. They are a mid-rise, hitting a couple inches below my belly button. Of course, I love the boyfriend fit and distressed knee. They came rolled, which you can see in the first picture on the left. I unrolled the right and preferred that length for me much better. It hits right above my ankle bone. The denim is soft with some stretch, keeping them comfortable. The fit is relaxed, but I would stay with your true size. If you’re in between, size down.

Smocked Top + Boyfriend Jeans

How cute is this top?! The top is smocked to the waist and then floats away in a peplum style. Although the bottom is slightly sheer, the top portion is not due to the gathering of the fabric. It’s a very lightweight material and it also comes in a floral print! It fits TTS.

Quarter Zip Sweatshirt

Favorite find of my order right here! I absolutely fell in love with this quarter zip sweatshirt once it came in, and I’ve already worn it a few times. The material is very lightweight– the lightest weight sweatshirt I’ve owned before, but it’s still very soft and comfortable! It also comes in other colors and a leopard print!

Fit is wide and oversized. You could definitely size down if you’d like, but I ended up liking the fit of the medium. The bottom has a drawstring to tighten the band and give it more of a cropped look! It’s perfect to pair with leggings and bike shorts! Scroll down to see it with both options!

Jumpsuit

I’ve struggled with the length of jumpsuits at times in the past. So I was so pumped to see this option offered in a tall length! YAY! Given that it’s cropped, the regular would have been entirely too short. But the medium tall is perfect.

The buttons are not functional and sewn in place. With spaghetti straps, though, it is still nursing-friendly! The back is smocked and I love the wide leg cut. It also has pockets. My only complaint is that the linen blend felt a bit scratchy on. I don’t know if that’s something that could be remedied with a wash or two, but I figured I’d still mention it for those sensitive to fabric!

Tie Dye Sweatshirt + Shorts

I’ve been on the hunt for a cute tie dye set, so I was so pumped to find this affordable option from Old Navy! I also really love the pink and cream combo. It’s not too overwhelming of a tie dye, making it much more wearable!

Unfortunately, the fit was a little off for me. The sweatshirt fit very oversized, which is typically fine for a sweatshirt! But given that it was paired with shorter shorts, it seemed a little long. It probably could be fixed by just sizing down one! The fit of the shorts was better! I’m in a medium and like the relaxed fit. They have an elastic waistband with a drawstring and pockets!
