Real talk: I’ve never been much of a cook-from-scratch kinda girl. But now that I have kids and work from home, finding quick, easy recipes for dinner is even more of a priority! And if the meal prep takes less than 15 minutes, even better! So if y’all are anything like me, then today’s quick and easy Trader Joe’s gnocchi recipe is going to be right up your alley!
From start to finish prep time takes maybe ten minutes at most. It also doesn’t require dirtying a crap-ton of pots and pans, which again is my ideal! 😂 I already spend enough of my day cleaning up, ya feel me, moms?! I know you do.
Easy Trader Joe’s Gnocchi Recipe

The creation of this recipe came after finding this sweet potato gnocchi recipe on The Kitchn. I hadn’t ever considered cooking gnocchi in the oven before, but it’s genius! Not only does the gnocchi get crispy on the sides, but it also saves a prep step! And I loved that they combined gnocchi with sausage!
So we decided to take that idea and give it our own spin. One of our all-time favorite sheet pan dinners is sausage with veggies and red skin potatoes. So why not try the Outside-In Stuffed Gnocchi, which is made with potatoes with sausage and broccoli?! And one of our new favorite quick, easy dinners was born!
All you need is TJ’s Outside-In Stuffed Gnocchi, broccoli (we used a steamable bag out of ease, but fresh would work just as well!), and sausage (we used TJ’s Sweet Italian!). And if you’re feeling fancy (like we typically are), you can top it with shredded parmasean cheese. You won’t regret it. 😉

The prep work simply involves slicing sausage, prepping broccoli and throwing it all together on a pan! I’m tellin’ y’all, this is exactly my kind of meal! So simple, quick, and painless! Plus it’s downright delicious!!

Easy Trader Joe’s Gnocchi Recipe
Ingredients
- 2 bags Trader Joe's Inside Out Gnocchi
- 2 packs Trader Joe's Italian Sausage
- 1 bag steamable broccoli
- olive oil
- shredded parmesan
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Slice sausage into 1 inch slices.
- Steam broccoli in microwave (or wash and prep fresh broccoli).
- Combine all ingredients to sheet pan, drizzle with olive oil, and toss to evenly coat.
- Cook for 30 minutes.
- Top with shredded parmesan and enjoy!
