Are you ready for some new Target spring finds?! ‘Cause there are some good ones!! I placed an online order prior to spring break for a few items, and then a few days later I found even more in-store! So today’s Target try on is a little combo of at-home and in-store finds. But they’re all so good that I can’t wait to share!!
New Target Spring finds
We have a true combination of items today. I found everything from dresses to shorts to pants and even accessories. I really want to town, y’all. Get excited!
For reference, I’m 5’7 1/2″ with a short torso and very long legs! I typically wear a 28/29 in jeans or a size 6/8. My bra size is a 36C, and I typically wear a size medium (or 8) top.
If you ever have any question about what size I’m wearing, check the links below each image! I list any recommendations I have for sizing up or down for quick reference. (TTS= true to size!) For full details, I’ll be chatting all about quality, style, and fit in the paragraphs above each photo. Let’s go!
Matching Flutter Sleeve Top and Pull-on Shorts Set
This is the perfect vacation set because the two pieces can be worn together or mixed and matched for a combination of outfits. It’s truly ideal for travel! Both pieces are made from a textured crinkle cotton that is easy and lightweight. The top has a split v with flutter sleeves and a relaxed fit. The shorts hit midrise with pockets and a dolphin hem. Both fit TTS.
I’d wear them together just like this with a pair of sandals for a casual look. The shorts also are a perfect swimsuit coverup. (Even more swimsuit cover ups here!) You could also pair the shorts with your favorite tee or tank (I’d wear this tank!) and sandals. Pair the top with denim shorts for another option!
You know how I feel about a pull-on pant these days, yes? I’m down for trying them all. 😂 These have a dressier vibe while also being lightweight and comfortable. They have a slightly tapered straight leg cut and hit more midrise, slightly below the belly button. You could easily wear these for the office and also the weekend! For work, I’d style with a blouse and heels. For the weekend, I’d wear it just like this with a pair of sandals! They fit true to size with a little room. If you’re in between sizes, size down.
Ribbed Tank + Drawstring Pull-on Pants
If you’re looking for a more casual pull-on pant, these are for you! They have a very similar cut to the last pair with mid rise and slightly tapered straight leg pant. I love the thin stripe (it’s a grey-blue color) and drawstring waist. These are another great vacation pant option. Wear them over a swimsuit or casually with a tank or tee! Go a little dressier with a blouse! They fit TTS with room.
THIS DRESS!! The quality of it is out of this world. I could have easily walked into Anthropologie and believed that it was one of their dresses. The fabric is very substantial, it has pockets, and has adorable ruffled straps. I sized down to a small and the fit is still very generous. There is a stretch panel on the back, but I probably couldn’t size down one more since the fabric isn’t stretchy. LOVE this so much!
If you follow on IG, you might have seen me style this top already. It was an instant YES! It’s lightweight, button-front, and has an easy fit. I sized down to a small and it’s still an oversized look. It has a small white floral print all-over. It also comes in three other colors!
These longer shorts are a great length for those of you looking for something in between a short short and a bermuda. They also come in three other wash options. These fit a little more snug in the waistline on me but are easy in the hips and thigh. If you have a rounder tummy or straighter midsection, you might want to size up. Although the description mentions stretch, they aren’t super stretchy, especially in the waistline.
This is a straight-up dupe for one of my top-selling dresses last year that I bought at J.Crew! It’s nearly identical. It has a racerback style top, empire waist, and easy skirt that hits mid-calf. I’m in my true size medium and like the fit.
Oh hey, Target bringing in the statement dress vibes. This is one that could easily be dressed up for an event like a wedding or graduation. But it also looks cute with the sneakers I wore into the store! The fabric is a poplin with structure. I’m in a medium and find it to run a bit big. I’d prefer a size down. It comes in six color options!
This is another dress that reminds me so much of one I tried on previously, this time from Anthropologie! It’s a pretty basic shift dress cut but it has a ruffle detail on the straps. The color I’m wearing here is gray but in person it read more like a washed black. I ended up taking home the blue! It fits true to size.
The perfect classic sundress that is giving me all of the J.Crew vibes! This one is also a poplin with structure, a fitted bodice with a smocked back, and a easy skirt. I’m wearing a small here but it was a little snug in the bust. I ended up taking home a medium. If you’re in between, I’d size down (unless you’re super busty!)! It comes in seven color options. Just trust me on this one. You’ll wear it constantly this spring and summer! (See me style it two ways here!)
It’s been forever since I bought a pair of Target sunglasses but these oversized circular frames caught my eye! In complete transparency, the quality is not great. They’re not the flimsiest, but they’re also not wonderful quality. Let’s just say they’re here for a good time, not a long time.
Last but not least, this two-pack of necklaces! This is another item I just love. I’ve been wearing them everyday for the last week and a half and adore them! I make sure to take them off for working out and showering, and they are holding up beautifully.
Which is your favorite of my new spring Target finds?! There are too many for me to pick!
