I’ve shared little sneak peeks of baby’s nursery with the DIY polka dot wall and my DIY nursery shadow box, but now that the last little touches were completed over the weekend, I’m ready to share all of the details!
I knew I didn’t really want to go with a specific theme, so instead I focused on the color scheme to create a pink, grey, and white nursery. This allowed me to incorporate a lot of different patterns like chevron, polka dots, and stripes!
The polka dot accent wall was surely a pain to put up. I shared all about my tips to make it painless for you in my DIY polka dot wall nursery post! But I wouldn’t change it! I love it. It really makes the space, dontcha think?!
Probably my second favorite part of the room is this gallery wall over the dresser/changing table. I DIY’d the floral letter L and had to hand-cut the print to fit the oval frame. Two of the frames were repurposed decor from our wedding, which makes it even more special!
I also DIY’d the baby bow holder with an open frame and ribbon. All of these handmade details make me love it even more!

Aww, what a lovely nursery! Very cute 🙂
It looks gorgeous!! I’m so excited for you guys!
I just love that polka dot wall! And I love designing around a color palette – I don’t love overly themey baby rooms, so this is such a great way to go. We did gray, white and turquoise for a boy, otherwise I totally would have done gray, white, and coral 🙂
It came out so cute, I am in love with the wall!
So, so beautiful!!!
