Pumpkin Patch Style

Over the weekend, we headed to the pumpkin patch for some family fun. This technically was Layla’s second trip to Lloyd Family Farms, but she was just along for the ride last time. This year, Layla walked around, picked out her own pumpkin (between two options I provided her 😉 ), and got thisclose to touching a horse. But that dang thing was BIG. And SCARY. So watching Mommy do it was much better.

We both got our Fall on for the occasion. This plaid top from Sam Edelman is my fave. It has a comfortable cut that’s not too tight or oversized. The best part is the adorable zipper back, which I completely failed to photograph. (Oops. But you can check it out on Nordstrom’s website!) Layla wore another one of her mama’s favorites: chambray! Now if only they made toddler sized blanket scarves and over the knee boots. (Too much?!)
