Cape-able

Happy weekend! I am finally seeing the light at the end of the tunnel after a rough week. If you follow on Snapchat (@fizzandfrosting), you know that it’s been a hard one. There have been a lot of sickness rotating around our family since Christmas, and I am just looking forward to having a little help around the house. MAMA NEEDS A BREAK.

This cape is the perfect weekend outfit for just what I plan on doing – lounging. It’s like a stylish blanket, and who would object to that?! Only word of warning: ponchos may not make the best attire for Italian food. When I wore it out to grab pizza with the fam last week it was nearly in sauce about a hundred times. I am a bit clutzy with my food and then add a baby into the mix – disaster waiting to happen.

Aww sorry to hear everyone has been so unwell! it’s so hard those days when your baby is sick, there’s not much you can do but give lots of cuddles! Hope you get a break from all the sickness soon.

On a positive note, your cape looks cosy 🙂

This is such a cute cape – I love the neutral tones! I bet pizza and a baby with it will wreak havoc lol! But you’d still be cute in it!

Our family had the same thing going around, except it started on Thanksgiving day. Went through everyone and finally ended New Years Eve. Ugh, it was certainly the worst! Hope you’re feeling better! I know a good cape makes everything better 😉
