If you happened to catch my Loft spring try-on session, then this outfit will look awfully familiar. It’s one I put together in the dressing room, and I’ve been wearing versions of it ever since! This stripes and camo spring outfit combination is currently a top fav!!
First of all, I love a striped tee for spring and summer. It’s classic but always fresh. You just can’t go wrong with nautical vibes for warm weather, right?! But I gotta say, I love a red stripe even more this time of year! I will wear navy or black stripes pretty much all year round, but there is just something about spring and a good red stripe tee! This one is flattering in the best way. It has a slightly longer sleeve, but still hits above the elbow. So, if you’re one of those who doesn’t like exposing your arms, then this tee is for you! I also love the round hem. It’s a much more feminine cut! I typically wear a small or medium in Loft, but went for the medium since I’m pregnant. The cut is a bit closer to the body, but I’d recommend staying true to size!
And of course I have to chat about the camo jacket! I have a pretty extensive light jacket collection due to our weather here in Virginia. We have nice long spring and fall seasons, which makes them necessary! But somehow I didn’t have a single camo jacket! I’ve definitely looked at them before but never purchased one. So, this jacket purchase was well overdue. What I like about the cut of this specifically, say over a cargo-style, is that it is more feminine and versatile. The slightly cropped length pairs well with tees and dresses alike. The fabric, similar to a stretchy denim, is comfortable. Aaaand the sleeves are easily roll-able because of the give! It’s a piece that could easily be worn into summer. And you bet that you’ll see it again come fall too! And although I’m very fond of the stripes and camo spring outfit combo, you could also pair camo with floral prints, polka dots, or solids! It’s a staple, y’all! 😉 Again, I’d recommend staying true to size. I’m in a medium jacket!

HI Lauren, New to your website after I searched about maternity jean reviews. I’m in Richmond, too, so it’s fun to see that you’re local! I have a pair of AG maternity jeans that stretch out horribly. While I swear by AG for my non-maternity wardrobe, this pair is driving me crazy (and I even went down a size). You seem to love these white AG jeans, though. Did you size down? Do you find them to stretch out? I have a side-panel pair of AG in white from my first pregnancy, but I would like to get a full panel. Would love to hear about the stretch factor and if you’ve found this to be an issue. Thanks!
