Fall Pregnancy Outfit

There is something about shopping the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale that just makes me want to ditch all my summer clothes and move right on towards fall. Anyone else?! But the good news is that there are plenty of items perfect for now and later. It may be the middle of July, and I may be currently at the beach, but I’m still getting some wear out of these pieces! This weekend I threw this casual outfit together, and I know it’ll make the perfect fall pregnancy outfit too!

This ribbed black bodycon dress is very bump-friendly even though it’s not maternity. I am not a huge fan of super-tight dresses, so regardless of being pregnant I would have sized up. I’m wearing a large here. It’s plenty stretchy enough to work through an entire pregnancy! (I’m currently eight months along!) Although you can’t tell because of the jacket, the sleeve is three quarter length.

And then this jacket, y’all. I’m officially obsessed. To be completely honest, it was a bit of a splurge for me. I typically don’t spend this much on a casual jacket. But, like I said, it’s one of those pieces I’m getting wear out of now. I know I’ll wear it constantly come fall too. So, the cost per wear totally justifies the price… or at least that’s what I’m telling myself! ?The cut is a little boxy, but it has drawstrings to adjust on each side. I’m wearing a medium!

This jacket is so with the splurge! I can see it being worn for years to come and with so many different outfits! I love how you styled it too. It’s simple yet so chic. The Nsale is insane this year as a lot of things are sold out. I hope some items do come back for when the sale goes public since I am not a card member. Here’s to keeping my fingers crossed! Lol ?

Yes, Lauren, to this whole outfit! I absolutely love it! That jacket is really fantastic. And while I am always ready to jump right into fall fashion (it is my favorite time of year), it is so stinking hot and humid right now that the thought of a jacket makes me cringe a little! Ha. But I also just scored a really cute camo jacket for fall…now let the cooling off begin!

That dress looks so cute on you and I’ll bet it’s rally comfy. When I was preg, I liked dresses much better than pants. Love it with the military jacket. for fall.

Oh goodness no! I feel like it’s finally hot out after 10 months of winter and I literally just packed away my winter clothes. I’d prefer fall to be a distant spot on the horizon. But that black dress is so cute on you and I can just pretend this look is for a cool summer evening.

I’m still in summer mode but I like how this outfit can transition nicely into fall. I’m wearing a similar dress today with a maxi kimono!

By the way, what camera/lens do you use?

    Thank you!
