Family Easter Outfits

It’s our first spring as a family of four, and y’all, I gotta be honest. I could not wait to get the girls matching spring dresses! Seeing them in coordinating outfits just speaks to my mama heart. So, the first chance I got, I ordered them the sweetest matching dresses from Amazon and got to figuring out our family easter outfits!

One of our favorite yearly traditions is to head to a beautiful cherry blossom tree-lined neighborhood in Richmond. We actually shot Layla’s gender reveal, Ellie’s gender reveal, and some of my favorite mommy and me photos here over the years! So, it seemed like the perfect spot to capture some family spring photos!

Of course, now that I’m juggling two little ones, things typically don’t go as planned. I packed all of our outfits, the tripod and remote to snap a few shots of all four of us, and got everyone loaded into the car. We drove the twenty-some minutes to our spot and realized I didn’t have the camera. If that’s not #momlife, I don’t know what is!

The iPhone came to the rescue, but I was seriously missing my DSLR! The blooms were in full force this year. I don’t know if we’ve ever hit the timing so perfectly! But I’m so thankful that we were still able to get some shots of all of us together.

For the girls matching dresses, I went with these adorable stripe swing dresses from the Hope & Henry line on Amazon. The line is one of Amazon’s own private brands. Although I only just recently started purchasing from Amazon’s private brands, (You can see my review of their activewear line here!) I have been really impressed so far!

The quality of the girls’ dresses is amazing. They’re a nice thick fabric and are fully lined. If you love more classic styles like J.Crew, Janie & Jack, Gap Kids, you will not be disappointed with Hope & Henry! They’re also a lot more affordable than other similar brands. Both dresses were under $25, which is a great price point!

And here’s the best part y’all: the have a whole section for family outfits! In all honesty, I wish I had known that so that Aaron and I could have all tried the line too! But if you’re planning some family photos or just want mommy and me/daddy and me outfits, you have to check them out! (I currently have my eye on this jumpsuit for Layla! Now that I found a new brand that I absolutely love, I’m wondering what else I’ve been missing out on while shopping Amazon! I know they have a ton of other private brands that I need to try.
