Easy Alcoholic Summer Drinks
Sparkling Cojito

Unlike a classic Mojito that uses a traditional rum, this “Cojito” uses coconut rum to add some more tropical flavor. The coconut rum makes this a perfect summer spin on a classic drink. It is not only sweet, but the mint makes it super refreshing! Everyone in our family loved this and wanted multiple cups. Feel free to have some seltzer on the side if you want to spritz up your drink. And if you want to make this easy summer drink even more painless, instead of freshly juicing your limes, just buy lime juice in a bottle!
4 Ingredient Strawberry Margarita

This was definitely one of the easiest summer drink recipes! It also was our favorite! All you have to do is cut up some strawberries and throw the frozen limeade concentrate along with the rest of the ingredients in a pitcher. The flavor tasted mainly of lime with a hint of strawberries. Let this drink sit overnight for a beautiful pink color and extra flavor. You will totally be wowing your friends and family with this gorgeous and simple drink.
Vodka Limeade

This Vodka Limeade was also very easy to throw together! Since we had a lot of limes, we went with the limeade version, but you can also substitute the limes for lemons! This was very refreshing and tangy. Like the recipe says, if you let it sit for very long time, the rind of the limes can make this very tart. So, I would recommend drinking it soon after making it!

Mojito Mocktail

This mocktail is perfect for those who love ginger! The ginger beer makes this drink sweet and bubbly, and pairs very nicely with the refreshing flavor of the lime. If you want to even add some more flavor, I recommend muddling some strawberries with lime and mint. It makes it taste more sweet and robust.
Watermelon Lime Mocktail

What screams summer more than watermelon? This drink is super refreshing and perfect for all the watermelon lovers out there. And to top it off, it is kid-approved! To make it, all you need is frozen watermelon, lime, and water. It is pretty thick, as the consistency is similar to a smoothie. I recommend adding more water than what the recipe calls for so it’s easier to blend. We added around ¾ cup extra.
