Spring break and summer are right around the corner, so you know what that means: Aerie swimsuit try on time! Aerie swimsuits are one of my go-to’s because they are comfortable, affordable, and have modern yet not-overly trendy options! I can’t wait to share all of the Aerie one-pieces I found for you!
My Sizing
For reference, I’m 5’7 1/2″ with a short torso and very long legs! I typically wear a 28/29 in jeans or a size 6/8. My bra size is a 36C, and I typically wear a size medium (or 8) top.
If you ever have any question about what size I’m wearing, check the links below each image! I list any recommendations I have for sizing up or down for quick reference. (TTS= true to size!) For full details, I’ll be chatting all about quality, style, and fit in the paragraphs above each photo. Let’s go!
Aerie Swimsuit Try On
For Aerie swimsuit newbies, one thing that’s important to note is that Aerie one pieces come in long-torso options! As a general rule, I’d recommend sticking with your true clothing size (S,M,L, etc.) Although I typically size up in swimsuits to a large, I wish I had stayed with a medium for each of these. You won’t need to size up!
Asymmetrical Wrap One Piece
Starting off with one of my favs! This asymmetrical one piece offers good coverage and support, while showing just a little bit of skin. I love how it accentuates curves while also being comfortable. The booty is full coverage. I highly recommend this one!

Asymmetrical Cut Out One Piece
With a ribbed crinkle fabric and size cut-out detail, this suit is another favorite. It comes in three other color options, including a terracotta, black, and pale mint green. The booty is full coverage and the suit feels supportive. I recommend sticking with your true size.

Strapless Wrap One Piece
This strapless one piece (that comes with removable straps!) has a ribbed, shine fabric. It’s another full-coverage booty option too– PRAISE! I adore the waist tie detail. For those of us who don’t have well-defined waists, the tie is a great way to help create more curves! I’m in a large but would prefer a medium. Stay TTS!

Scoop Back One Piece
I always find myself drawn to black swimsuits, but this beautiful pink is wanting me to embrace all of the brights. How beautiful is this color?! Like the purple asymmetrical one piece, this one is made of ribbed crinkle fabric. It has a low scoop back and is a slightly cheeky booty. But I didn’t feel exposed at all! It also comes in black, pale blue, white, and a deep olive green. Fit is TTS.

Crossover Cut Out One Piece
With a wide deep-v neckline and side cut-outs, this one piece gives more of a two-piece look. The back is completely open with a matching triangle-style top straps. The fabric is ribbed and comfortable. I wouldn’t recommend this one for larger busts, simply due to the coverage and support. I sized up to a large but should have stayed with a medium.
