You’ll find me styling items multiple ways to help you reimagine your own wardrobe with my style sessions. Hate hitting the mall? Or just don’t have the time?! I got you, girl. I take you into the dressing room with me in my try-on review posts!  And I love sharing my life and motherhood with you as well!

I firmly believe that feeling confident and looking great doesn’t have to cost a fortune! My hope is that you will leave By Lauren M feeling empowered to own your personal style and will come back often to be inspired to try something new, whether that be a new outfit combination or lipstick shade!

About Lauren

Although I moved around quite a bit growing up (I was born in Tucson, Arizona and also lived in the suburbs of Dallas-Fort Worth, Texas), I’m now happily settled in Richmond, Virginia with my husband of 7 years, Aaron, my five-year-old daughter, Layla, my one-year-old daughter, Eliana, and our two dogs! Yup, our household is full.

After having Layla, we struggled to have another child. I am very open about my miscarriage and the loss of our daughter Grace at 21 weeks of pregnancy. Should you be struggling through a difficult loss, I hope I can be both a story of hope and a source of support! Eliana, whose name means “God has answered”, is truly our rainbow after a very difficult storm. I recommend reading through my suggestions of how to support someone through pregnancy loss. Also know that I’m only an email away.

One of my passions outside of encouraging fellow moms is sharing my love of fashion. Whether you’re on the hunt for maternity outfit ideas, want to know how to dress up your favorite leggings, or love dressing room review posts, I’m your girl! I’m also a self-proclaimed lipstick hoarder. (Y’all my addiction is real.) You won’t want to miss my fav drugstore neutral lipsticks!

I am so thankful for the opportunities blogging has provided me. Not only has it allowed me to connect with other women in deeply meaningful ways, but I’ve also been able to work with brands that I have loved for years! Over my blogging career, my partnerships have included Nordstrom, Target, COVERGIRL, Marshall’s, Reebok, Banana Republic and more!
