My Sizing

For reference, I’m 5’7″ with a short torso and longer legs. My current size is typically a US 4, 26/27, or size small. When I refer to an item fitting true to size, this is the size I am wearing.

The classic preppy aesthetic is one of the biggest trends this year, and Walmart is nailing it. I love this striped polo sweater with a puff sleeve. It’s giving those Madewell/J.Crew vibes but at a fraction of the cost!

The jeans are a midrise with stretch and light distressing. They are running a full size large, so size down! I’m in a 2 here but could have even gone down one more.

And get ready to see these leopard sneakers with every one of my Walmart outfits! They look so much like the viral leopard Sambas, but they are actually more comfortable! With a cushion insole, I could wear this all day!

Matching sets are going nowhere soon. We’re still very much in our elevated athleisure era. These barrel leg sweatpants are the perfect step-up, staying on trend with the cut. The fabric is also to die for. It’s that bouncy spanx-like fabric that is soft, cooling, and doesn’t cling.

For an elevated sweats look, throw on this classic trench coat. I like that it’s not overly oversized but rather a relaxed fit perfect for layering.

Boho details are another trend that always dominates fall. This sweater is nailing it with pretty details around the neckline and at the sleeve. The color is gorgeous on too!

These jeans are one of Walmart’s top-sellers, and I’m just now trying them! I see what all the hype is about– they’re high rise with some stretch, are a great classic blue denim wash, and are so affordable!

For fall, we’re all about an easy jacket, and this one is definitely bringing the cool mom vibes! It’s such a cute cropped length with bomber details.

Another sweater that will have you second-guessing if it’s J.Crew is this quarter zip! It’s the perfect neutral while staying on trend with stripes and a slightly oversized fit.

My favorite outfit of the try on is definitely this one! I love a denim on denim look, but I’ve been struggling to find a dark wash denim top in stock. They almost always sell out! I’m so glad I grabbed this one because it’s a great lightweight denim, making it easy to tuck into jeans. It does run on the larger side, so size down if in between!

And this Madewell-inspired bag! If you haven’t seen the original, just know that Walmart really came to play with this one. The studded details, size, and quality all feel so much more expensive!

My favorite jacket! If you haven’t jumped on the barn jacket trend, grab this one! It’s that Carhartt-inspired warm brown color with a chocolate corduroy collar. I actually ended up returning one I bought from Madewell when I found this one. It’s so so good!
