Gray, overcast, blah – yep these are all ways I could describe my weekend. Things did not go quite as expected. We already had plans to go to the beach, but the weather did not quite cooperate. A rouge wave engulfing me, my beach towel, and my iPhone certainly didn’t make the day any better. Suffice it to say I wasn’t exactly a happy camper. Although I was battling severe grumpiness the rest of the day, I attempted to turn my mood around and make my gray day a bit brighter. 
A bright, fun umbrella can’t exactly revive a drowned iPhone, but it did help lift my mood. And you know what else makes this girl smile? Gorgeous jewels like this necklace from The Rad Market.

So sorry to hear about your iPhone! Not sure if you’ve been able to revive it, but after mine took a swim in the toilet once, I sent it to ifixyouri.com and for $35 (I think), they had it fixed up and working like new! Definitely give them a shot before you buy a new one (or if yours isn’t covered by insurance)!
I did have insurance, but unfortunately they do not cover water damage! It would be a $200 replacement. I’m definitely going to be looking into that service though. Thank you so much for the recommendation!
