So, I’m kind of turning over a new leaf. I’ve always been a girly girl and loved wearing dresses, but motherhood has meant that dresses have not always the most practical of choices. But lately, I feel like I’ve rekindled my love with the dress. Layla is getting a bit older and crawling around on the floor is becoming a less common occurrence these days. So bring on all the dresses!!
This off shoulder gingham dress is my latest closet addition, and y’all it is a FUN one. The bright red gingham print, off shoulder cut, and exaggerated ruffle top certainly make it a statement-maker!
To create the ultimate Spring look, I added a few of my springy wardrobe staples. These lace-up espadrilles have been a fav of mine for yeeeears. (Uh, like almost ten years if you can believe it!) And I just recently added this adorable hat to my wardrobe. I’ll be honest: I was a little unsure of how the boater hat trend would look on me. But at the price point of this one (under $30!), I figured it couldn’t hurt to just try it out. And y’all, it’s a keeper. I’ve already worn it twice! I also just snagged this straw clutch recently too. It comes in three different color options, but this stripe pattern is so colorful and goes with everythaaaang. It also has a removable chain, making it so easy to carry for days or nights out!
