When it comes to wintertime outfits, I’m either reaching for leggings or my jogger pants. So, the popularity of white oversized button down outfits could not have come at a better time. A new chic way to wear my favorite leggings? Uh, yes please.

I recently picked up this super-affordable option at H&M (it’s very oversized but I stuck with my true size!) and couldn’t wait to put together all of the oversized button down outfits! Wondering how to wear one? Here are a few of my favorite ways to rock the look!

Sweater Vest and Oversized Button Down

The reemergence of sweater vests is giving me major middle school vibes. Anyone else? But current versions have a much more oversized, relaxed fit. I wasn’t sure I was ready to buy into the trend until I found this affordable option from Target. I love the creamy white knit, v-neck cut, and the fit is perfectly oversized to match to fit of the oxford. I recommend sticking with your true size. To complete the look, I went with a streamlined flat. For a trendier look, you could also try a chelsea boot similar to what I’m wearing in the next look.

Sweater Coat and Button Down Outfit

Another great topper for an oversized button down is a sweater coat. Similar to the the sweater vest, this jacket has a relaxed fit but adds structure. To create a slightly trendier vibe, I finished the look with a chelsea boot. Another great casual option would be a sneaker. But for a slightly dressier option, you could swap for a heel or flat.

Cashmere Wrap and Oversized Button Down

This is a look you might have seen before if you follow on IG. After snagging this cashmere wrap, I immediately put together a version of this look and haven’t looked back. There is something so easy but chic about a wrap as an outfit topper. You can add them over everything from dresses to turtlenecks and tees to your favorite oversized button down. For a more casual look, try a knee high boot. To go dressier, opt for a heel!
