I’ll be honest with y’all: it wasn’t until maybe or year or so ago that Madewell really even got on my radar. I knew about the brand, but I didn’t shop there. But it only took buying one pair of their jeans and trying their infamous whisper tees to get me full-on obsessed. And apparently I’m not the only one! Behind American Eagle and Aerie, a November Madewell Try-on was your next top request!

I tried two awesome pairs of jeans and lots of great sweaters. I think y’all are going to be pumped for today’s finds!

Mock Neck Sweater + High Rise Jeans

If you’re looking for a great un-basic sweater this is it! The texture keeps it on-trend, but the cut feels more classic. It actually reminds me a lot of the one I grabbed from H&M that sold out, but of course Madewell’s is much better quality and a heavier weight. This one comes in five different colors!

These jeans were an instant Y-E-S from me. I love the dark classic wash. They’re the type of denim that can be dressed up and down. Plus they are very figure-flattering! The denim also feels lighter-weight and so comfortable. I sized down one to a 28.

Pom Sweater  + High Rise Jeans

Another favorite of mine was this pom sweater! It actually comes in several colors without the poms too if that’s more your style. The sleeve has a slight balloon, but it’s not an unflattering one. To me it just makes the sweater look a little more feminine! I also appreciate that the v-neck is not too low. I’m in a medium.

Dot Sweatshirt  + High Rise Jeans

I love me an animal print piece and I so wanted this sweatshirt to be a winner! Unfortunately, the proportions just looked all wrong on me. The dropped sleeve just made my shoulders look so wide. There are also pleats in the sleeve, which add some bulk. I think this piece would be better on very small frames!

Ruffle Sweatshirt  + High Rise Jeans

This sweatshirt was much, much more my speed. The ruffles are so fun and girly, and the length is a little longer than the previous one. It also comes in a heather grey. Fit is TTS.

Button Cami + Gray Cardigan  + High Rise Jeans

If you’re looking for a holiday-ready cami you can dress up and down, I really like this velvet button-front cami. It fit a little small on me, but it also could have been that the buttons weren’t buttoned properly. Aaand being that I was there with Ellie and a limited timeframe, I just went with it. ?I’m in a 10. It also comes in navy and black!

Whisper Turtleneck + Demi Boot Jeans

A whisper tee in turtleneck form? Sold. Literally. ?This one also comes in navy and white, which I am ordering ASAP. The fit is the same as the whisper tees– relaxed and so soft and comfortable!

The denim boot jeans were the second pair I tried! I’d seen them on several blogger friends and wanted to see what all the fuss was about. Y’all, they are so soft and comfortable! I thought they would look weird on me for some reason, but I loved them! With my height, I’d definitely need the tall since the bottom hem should hit around the ankle! I sized down one but I could have probably gotten away with sizing down two. They are very stretchy!

Eyelet Top

I forgot to take a photo of the next two items. ?So, you get video screen shots. Sorry y’all!! I love the ladylike vibes of this top. It has the slightest puffy sleeve and ties at the neck. This golden mustard color is so beautiful, but it also comes in black! It’s also currently on sale for $68!

Velvet Dot Top + Demi Boot Jeans

Of course I had to grab the other dot top! This one is velvet and has a slightly ruffled sleeve. Fit is a bit boxy and has no stretch. I’m in a medium.

Ruffle Hem Top + Demi Boot Jeans

This top was one of my favs! It also comes in black and is a blouse-y material rather than a tee. It can easily be dressed up or down for work, weekends or special events! I loved this jewel-toned green. Scroll down to also see it layered with a cardigan!

Ruffle Hem Top + Cardigan + Demi Boot Jeans

I own this cardigan in the brown color, so it’s already a fav. The material is very soft and lightweight. It also is a great length and just drapes really well. Be sure to size down one. I’m in the small.

Sweater Coat

I thought this sweater was going to feel more substantial, but it’s not much heavier than the cardigan! The cut is what makes it look a little more blazer-like in the collar! I assumed fit would be similar to the cardi and sized down to the small. However I would have preferred it in a medium, especially when worn with a sweater!
