Striped dresses around here are a year-round staple! But I especially love them going into spring and summer! They are truly so versatile and can be layered up, mixed with other prints, and worn countless ways! I always end up buying a new striped tee dress this time of year, so I was pumped to come across this one for under $30! Since y’all are stripe-lovers too, I couldn’t wait to share six striped dress outfits for going into spring with you!
As far as fit goes, this striped dress has a very relaxed fit. I am wearing a medium, but you could definitely size down one if you’d like more of a fitted look! It also has pockets and three quarter length sleeves.
Striped Dress and a Leather Jacket
A leather jacket is a wardrobe staple for me year-round, but I find myself wearing them during spring and fall the most! It makes a perfect layering piece and also adds some structure to this outfit! I love the touch of edge it adds as well. To keep the look more feminine, I went with a d’Orsay flat. But if you wanted an all-around edgier look, you could swap for booties! Sneakers would also take this outfit more casual or heels could take it up a notch for date night.

Striped Dress and a Pink Utility Jacket
For everyday, I love layering my striped dress with a utility jacket! I actually wore a nearly identical outfit to this one in my striped dress two ways post last year when I was styling a striped maternity dress! Although I absolutely adore this pink jacket (it screams spring to me!), you could use any color utility jacket. A green or tan would work just as well! As far as the shoe goes, these Converse sneakers keep the look casual and comfy! You could dress it up just a bit with flats instead.

Striped Dress and a Denim Jacket
Does it get any more classic than this combination?! I decided to go with a flat to keep the look a little more dressy, but on most days I’d rock this outfit with a pair of sneakers!
This denim jacket is a recent purchase of mine and I love everything about it. The relaxed boyfriend cut, the wash, the true stiff denim are all perfect! I bought it in my true size (8) and like the fit. If you wanted a more fitted look, you could size down one!

Striped Dress with a Chambray Top
Swapping a denim jacket for a chambray top is a great way to take the look even more casual and relaxed! With the button down undone, this outfit is just easy and effortless! You could also knot the bottom of the top to create more of a top-and-skirt look.
Since the chambray is so lightweight, this is a great option for warmer days! Once it’s hot, you could also take off the chambray and just wrap it around your waist!

Striped Dress with a Leopard Print Skirt
I used to do this some when I worked in an office setting, but it has been years since I layered a dress with a skirt! I feel like I’ve been missing out because this outfit ended up being one of my favs! My leopard print skirt has an elastic waistband, making it perfect to layer with! It fits true to size and has a great midi length on me. (I’m 5’7″.) You could also add a jacket to this look to make it more cool weather appropriate. A denim jacket or leather jacket would both be great options!

These are all cute looks Lauren and I agree stripes are a year round staple! You just can’t go wrong with them and even more so if they have pockets!
