Mixing Shades of Gray

Sometimes basics are the best wardrobe pieces. When I first bought this simple gray turtleneck back in December, I had no idea the wear I was going to get out of it. But it is seriously in constant rotation because it goes with everything! (Aaaand it’s currently on sale for $17! Jump on it!) I loved mixing it with cognac previously, but this time I went with a super-neutral palette by mixing shades of gray. A little monochromatic look never hurt nobody, amirite?!

What I love about this look is that the grays are all slightly different from each other. It makes it look less “matchy-matchy.” And definitley not matchy? A pink lip. ‘Cause although I’m in a turtleneck, at least part of me can channel some Spring vibes. Ya with me?!
