I’ve got a confession to make: I’ve been slacking on my workouts. I’m not typically one of those people who just inherently loves working out. Once I get into a steady routine, I enjoy it and often times look forward to getting in a sweat session, but lately I’ve been majorly lacking motivation. My clothes have been fitting a bit snugger and I’ve just been feeling very “blah.” I know the solution is to get back into a routine, but I’ve been struggling.
However there is something about super cute workout clothes (and outing yourself for being a lazy bum on the internet) that is a little motivating. I recently purchased these palm print crops and cute detailed-back tank from Fabletics, and they are two pieces that I consistently reach for when heading to the gym. And cute shoes (that are also functional!) are just as important. I received these Nike Flyknit Max from KicksUSA and just fell in love. They are so lightweight and breathable. They’ve quickly become my go-to’s.
So what do ya’ll do to stay motivated and keep yourselves accountable? I desperately need some tips!
