It never fails. Once fall weather hits, one of the first things I do is pull out my leggings! Fall leggings outfits have always been one of my go-to’s, but since we’ve been at home the past few months, I’ve been relying on them even more. So back by popular demand, I have five fall Spanx faux leather leggings outfits!
Five Fall Spanx Faux Leather Leggings Outfits
This is far from the first time I’ve featured leather leggings outfits! But I always love coming up with fresh ideas year after year! After checking out these five fall Spanx faux leather leggings outfits, be sure to get further inspo from my eight spanx faux leather leggings outfits, four Spanx faux leather leggings outfits for winter, and over 20 Spanx faux leather leggings outfits posts!
Sweater Blazer + Leather Leggings Outfit
Why did I wait so long to buy this sweater blazer?! I love a good blazer and this one feels just like wearing a cozy cardigan. It’s so soft and comfortable but still adds a little structure to an outfit. It’s the perfect zoom meeting-style outfit topper because it dresses up whatever you have underneath! Not into the sweater blazer look? A coatigan (sweater-style coat!) or regular blazer will create the same look!
Underneath, I layered with one of my favorite oversized tees. Honestly, this one is pricey. But I’ve recently discovered the amazingness of the AE Tailgate tees that have the same exact oversized boyfriend-style fit. (You can see the one I own in my military jacket outfit. Scroll down a few outfits!) Any oversized tee would work here but you could also layer with a long button-down for even more of a professional look. A tunic turtleneck or any light sweater layer would work too!
It was starting to sprinkle on me, so my mules have raindrops on them, but I love the addition of a sleek shoe. It helps pull together all the pieces for an elevated casual outfit. But it would also work really well with a sneaker!

Tunic Sweater + Faux Leather Leggings Outfit
The easiest faux leather leggings outfit formula ever is just to throw on a tunic sweater. I have several turtleneck versions that I live in during winter, but I love this crewneck style for earlier fall. It’s still long enough to cover the booty and the oversized fit feels so cozy!
A simple addition to this outfit would be to layer with a button down tunic. (I created a similar outfit in my eight spanx faux leather leggings outfits post last year!) You could also layer with a long tunic tee for a cute layered look.
To keep the outfit on the slightly dressier side, I went with a loafer. You could also swap for a bootie or over the knee boot. Or, let’s say you’re virtual learning with the kids. Just add slippers. 😉

Sweatshirt + Denim Jacket Leggings Outfit
You can never go wrong with a sweatshirt and leggings, y’all! I prefer to wear longer tunic-style sweatshirts with my faux leather leggings to cover the booty! This exact one comes in ten color ways and fits TTS! There are other stripe options as well as solids! I also like that it’s a little longer in the back for full coverage.
Although you could just go with the sweatshirt and leggings, I always prefer to add a third piece to add some structure and “complete” an outfit. A denim jacket is the perfect layer to throw on over a sweatshirt for fall! This would also be adorable with a military jacket!

Military Jacket + Faux Leather Leggings Outfit
And speaking of military jackets, of course I had to include one! They’re another one of my fall staples. Just like a blazer or denim jacket, they offer structure to outfits! I layered mine over another long graphic tee. (This is the AE one I was telling you about earlier!) The length and oversized fit make it a great option for leggings outfits! A plain tee, tunic sweater, or button down would be great swaps for the tee.
I kept it ultra casual and sporty with a white sneaker for this outfit. But you could instantly dress it up with a bootie! A brown leather or suede bootie would keep it classic. A moto style bootie would add a bit of edge!

Tunic Button Down + Cardigan Leggings Outfit
I couldn’t leave out my old faithful! A long cardigan is always a great match for faux leather leggings! The base layer options for this outfit are really endless! I went with a tunic button down for more of a classic outfit. Long tees, light tunic sweaters, or turtlenecks would be great alternatives!
To dress it up slightly, I paired the outfit with a heeled mule. A bootie, knee high boot or over the knee boot would keep the dressier vibe! You could also swap for a flat mule or loafer! But sneakers would also work to keep it more casual.
