Stripes & Polka Dots

It’s been awhile since I’ve really amped up the girly factor, so when I came across the perfect little striped skirt at Marshall’s recently, I knew it had to be mine. Instead of getting super-dressy, which just really isn’t my lifestyle anymore, I had fun pairing it with a polka dotted tee. Since both prints are of a similar size and incorporate the same colors, they pair seamlessly. But worry not if you don’t have a polka dot tee in your wardrobe. Of course I won’t stop you from shopping if you need it 😉 , but a striped skirt would be just as adorable with a solid tee, chambray top, or even a printed button down! (In fact, I’m already planning another outfit in my head. Plaid and stripes, anyone?! So great for Fall!)

Since I was going girly, I didn’t waste the opportunity for bow flats, a bow bracelet, and pink accents. (A pink lip never hurt nobody, am I right?)
