After wearing my other chambray shirt straight into the ground, I decided it might be time to pick up another one-a slightly more lightweight, summery version to get me through the warmer weather.
There were several different versions that made it into my online shopping cart but never through the checkout. I’m glad I held out for this one, which I found at Target on the cheap! Not only is it the perfect lighter shade for the season, but it’s also thinner, making it perfect for layering.

So pretty! I need to get a lightweight chambray for summer I think…I love my Madewell version, but it is sort of heavy!
That was my same complaint with my other one. It was a little too heavy for warmer temps!

I don’t have any chambray in my closet, but I used to do this last spring with a regular thin white button-down, since it felt so breezy and fun! As soon as it gets warm for real, I’ll have to do it again!
